Union des Grands Crus de Chablis
The Union des Grands Crus de Chablis (aka UGCC to wine lovers around the world) was created in September 2000 with the aim to promote and defend the reputation of Chablis’ Grands Crus. They say that imitation is the best form of flattery, but what flatters us more is the reaction we get to our events around the world.
Each year, the UGCC members host tastings in key markets around the world. In the past, we have travelled to Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Moscow and St Petersburg in addition to our annual tasting in London in January each year. In 2011, we’ll be heading to the Big Apple for the very first Chablis Grand Cru tasting.
