Based in Buxeuil – the southernmost tip of AOC Champagne where the climate and soil are almost more Chablisien in their characteristics, François Moutard and his two sisters have developed a range of unique Champagnes using varietals such as Arbane and Petit Meslier.
Recently described by Square Meal as “Idiosyncratic Champagne” we believe that this is one to watch for the future …
