Before taking discussions further, we request that we visit the winery, meet the key players and taste through the range of wines with the winemaker. This is a pre-requisite and is none contractual.
The next stage is to understand your product and what you want to achieve. Guidance will be offered on an honest and lateral basis and can often change the client’s perspective of its own business.
There is no fee for this stage unless the client simply requires an audit of their business but does not want us further involved other than preparing a report on our conclusions (in which case an audit fee will be agreed beforehand).
